Four processes. One shop.
Full handling from sheet to finished assembly. We run every process in house — no subcontractors and no breaks in workflow. Below: details for each service — parameters, materials, where it fits.
◢ 01 · Laser cutting
6 kW fiber laser on a 3000 × 1500 mm bed. Optics and controls hold ±0.1 mm on thin sheet, ±0.2 mm on heavier gauges. We accept DXF, DWG and STEP — no manual redraw.
Fits sheet metal subassemblies, enclosures, structural parts and blanks for downstream bending. For larger runs we nest layouts to minimize material scrap.

◢ 02 · Bending and CNC machining
Press brake with a 2.1 m axis bends sheet up to 8 mm thick; a set of standard and special tooling handles bends from single panels to built-up sheet metal structures. General tolerance to ISO 2768-mK; tighter on request after specification.
The machine park also includes TRUMPF punching machines and PEM insertion presses — nuts, studs and standoffs pressed directly into the sheet, no welding required.
We run CNC milling and turning for steel, aluminum and plastic parts — usually as a complement to sheet metal subassemblies (brackets, bushings, fasteners).

◢ 03 · MIG / TIG / laser welding
Welding shop with certified welders running MIG, MAG and TIG, plus laser welding. Sheet resistance (spot) welding is also available. We work in carbon steel, stainless and aluminum — from single parts to mid- and large-scale assemblies. Quality system meets EN ISO 3834 for structural welding.
Visual inspection per EN ISO 17637 is standard; PT, RT or UT on request and where customer requirements dictate. WPS / WPQR documentation prepared for projects that call for a formal welding dossier.

◢ 04 · Powder coating
Powder coating line: degreasing, powder spray, curing oven. All inside an enclosed building — weather doesn't touch coating quality or film evenness.
Full RAL Classic palette, finishes (smooth, textured, matte / gloss), special colors on request. Maximum part size on the line: 5000 × 2100 × 1500 mm. Film thickness measured — typically 60–120 µm.

◢ 05 · Additional operations and kitting
A part rarely ends at cutting and bending. We run the complementary operations in house: deburring, grinding, drilling and chamfering — no shipping parts to subcontractors between steps.
We also bring extensive experience in packing and kitting: assembly-ready sets, labeling and packing to customer requirements — from single batches to recurring series deliveries.

◢ 06 · Also software
A small part of the company builds software — web systems, process automation, integrations between customer systems. It complements the metalwork business rather than running as a separate line.
